Infant massage is a wonderful therapy developed by Vimala Mc Clure in the 1970’s. It is a combination of Indian massage and Swedish massage techniques, along with reflexology and yoga stretches especially designed for baby.

It also provides an outlet for parents to meet other parents socially, in what can sometime be a isolating time, at home with one’s baby, especially if the parent is used to working or interacting with more people on a daily basis.

Quinn Healthcare also give up to 100euros off baby massage classes on their pre- and post- maternity plans up to when the child is 3 months old.
Hibernian Avivas give 30euros off individual massage sessions for babies, baby massage is covered by this.
