What Is Reflexology?
Reflexology is an ancient healing art based on the principal that the body will, given the opportunity, heal itself and bring about a state of natural balance in order to function to its full capacity. Reflexology is based on the principal that there are certain reflex points on the body corresponding to all parts of the body, and by working on these points, balance can be restored to the body. Applying pressure to the foot using the hands helps to stimulate energy flow in the body, and so reenergize and revitalise the client.

Reflexology is a holistic therapy and works on the whole person, to include body, mind and spirit, and not just a specific symptom. Read More>>
The Treatments
A reflexology treatment begins with the practitioner welcoming the client into the room. A brief and strictly confidential medical and lifestyle history is taken to help assess the client from a holistic point of view. Any medication that the client is on will be noted to ensure no contraindications. The practitioner will explain what reflexology is and answer any questions or concerns that the client may have.

Either way your solution can be accessed internationally resulting in you being able to use your software where and when you want.   Read More>>

In 2004 I began a diploma in reflexology with the Misneach School of Reflexology (an accredited school of the Irish Reflexologists Institute) taught by Aine Walsh.
